The Joys of Life is a 10 acre Country Park and Wild Life Nature Reserve, with its own small, lovely lake (200 metres from the house, unfenced and fairly deep, therefore young children need to be supervised and are the resposibility of their parents). The Park is situated at the foot of the Nant Francon Pass that runs through the picturesque Snowdonia National Park.
Joys of Life is an ideal location for bird watching, photography and painting. It is also within a few miles of the North Wales coastline where several sandy beached are available as well as a number of Medieval Castles. Several National Trust Properties are close by (see below).

Ground-floor accommodation consists of: kitchen/dining room, lounge, double bedroom. An en-suite wet room has a shower and toilet configured for wheelchair use. There is a twin-bedded en-suite bedroom on the first floor.
An adjacent parking area gives convenient access to the cottage via a 1 in 12 ramp. The rooms on the ground floor are on one level and electrical switches can be readily accessed from a wheel chair. No smoking. Cost & Booking
